Course Overview
Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects in any process whether from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service. For the teams to function well, the team leaders and the managers must have at least the intermediate level of Six Sigma problem solving skills. The goal of this course is to train the participants to become Green Belts who are able to lead project teams. The objective of Six Sigma Green Belt training programme is to develop effective practitioners of the Six Sigma methods and tools. With this knowledge and skills, Green Belts can:

  • Work with Champions or Black Belts on the identification and subsequent implementation of improvement projects
  • Effectively lead teams to complete projects
  • Apply Six Sigma methods and tools
  • Control and improve day-to-day quality of their processes
Who Should Attend
The training programme is suitable for process owners who are tasked by the management to play the project team leader role in the Six Sigma deployment program or any process improvement initiative.

Pre-requisites:
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the current organization
  • Should be able to comprehend statistics
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Minimum Diploma level

Training (Certificate of Attendance)
Completion of Green Belt Training with minimum 95% attendance
