Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Course Overview
Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects in any process whether from manufacturing to transactional and from product to service. For the teams to function well, the team leaders and the managers must have at least the intermediate level of Six Sigma problem solving skills. One of the critical elements for Six Sigma implementation is its rigorous problem solving methodology and the applications of advanced problem solving tools as and when necessary. Organizations need to groom experts who have in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and tools. This course aims to develop Six Sigma Black Belts who are trained to become the experts in Six Sigma knowledge and skills.

The objective of this course is to impart the participants with advanced level skills in analyzing and improving processes using the Six Sigma approach. Upon completion of this training, the participants will be able to:

Work with management to set up process improvement projects
Effectively lead teams to improve processes.
Provide coaching to project teams
Disseminate and apply Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools in the organisation
